1965 Monza 4 Door Sport Sedan 110 HP red ext red int- Ive had this baby for less then a week and I love it.. but need help on the restoration.

Im 16 I reside in Oklahoma and required this Corvair as a gift from an uncle whom has woned one since his first 65 corsa convertible (since he was in highschool) and I love my car but its rusted and runs on 4 or 5 cylinders a leaky head gasket and a sticking valve and I need information on the rebuilding difficulty of the engine compared to the typical V-cylindered engine.
