More about myself:
They say never make your avocation you vocation - so I never got into the car business, but always hung around the edges in my roles in media. As our last couple of kids got ready to leave for school I wanted to get back into WORKING on something. My love of my first Corvair in high school returned and I jumped in with both feet (and wallet held high overhead). As a friend said the other day, it's a great way to get out of my head and into my hands - and it has been most gratifying work. The nice guys you meet along the way goes without saying...
We live outside Seattle and have raised 5 kids. My wife runs a mortgage company and puts up with my Corvair stories ("I found a perfect left exhaust shroud today...how cool is that?") God bless her.
