1963 500 Coupe, 1965 Monza 500 4 door, 1969 Monza Coupe with a Crown suspension, currently own a 1963 Spyder convertible that has been a part of my life for 20 years as of this year!

I was introduced to the Corvair at Limerock, CT years ago as my brother and I were track testing our 1969 Porsche 911S and I got dusted by a 1967 Corsa 180 that was owned by a buddy of our Dad! I turned to my brother and said "I want one of those!" I couldn't believe that for so much less money I could have that much car! I never forgot that experience and when I could finally afford to buy one...I did. I set my sights on a 1963 Spyder convertible that was a southern car with low miles and a solid body as a graduation gift to me. It is sooooooo straight! Yes it has just developed some minor rust over the wells and the bottom of the doors...but they just push closed at the ever so slightest touch! I will spend whatever it takes to strip and repaint this car to preserve it for another 20 years.
