Just purchased a garage find of 1966 burgundy Corsa convertible with all gauges in beautiful shape as part of someone elses divorce. It is a great with an engine bay you could eat off of.
More about myself:
I am Wally Price in Southern Maryland. Retired Maintenance Supervisor from 30+ years in nuclear power plants after carrying ammo to Viet Nam for 3 years as an officer in the Merchant Marine. I collect and love VW's and came upon my dream "barn find". I learned to drive a stick on a 64 Corvair Monza in 1967 and have always wanted one. This one is to die for with all the parts in boxes needed to put on a new convertible top from Larry's parts with all of the trim,, etc. I may have some questions as a VW guy and I am looking for Corvair shows to now visit. My VW's are beautiful and now I have my very own Corvair. I hope to hear from you guys (originally a Long Island boy). Of course my wife doesn't understand why I need so many cars, but Grundy insurance loves me.
