1966 Monza coupe, 140/4-speed, Lemonwood yellow, black interior. She's mostly stock APPEARING, with whitewall 13" radials and mag caps, but the engine has been warmed over a bunch. The reciept from the shop that built the motor that the previous owner left in the glove box states that it'll dyno at 220 h.p. at the wheels, and the way she runs, I believe it!
More about myself:
I bought my first Corvair (a dark gren '65 Monza coupe, 10/4-speed), as just a car to get me around back in November, 1980. Well, within the week, I was hooked on the little bugger! Eventually, I blew the engine in a stoplight drag against a new '82 Z-28. I had about 5 lengths on him at about 60 mph when I went for 4th gear. The shifter went into 2nd, and the engine went BOOM! Ah, the mistakes of our youth... I bought my current car on eBay from a Classic car dealer in Denver. My wife and I flew out from Philly and drove it home. It became my daily driver for the next 2 years. It only had 47,500 miles on it then, but it is up past 63,000 now.
