More about myself:
I seem to be fond of Corvairs as most of us are fond of family members. They are always around and generally taken for granted (driven every day). I don't get excited about them unless I don't have one, at which time I seem to feel a great emptiness and need to have one nearby. I have had many non-Corvairs and gone for a number of years without one, but it appears that they will continue to haunt me for the rest of my life. I think that my fondness for them is due to the fact that I love classic Chevys. Corvairs are as neat (and more sophisticated though not as fast) as any classic Chevy, but cheap. I'm glad that they don't go up much in value so I can afford to aquire and trade them freely. Some of the best things in life are cheap, but not many.
