I have spent 50+ years in the auto service business. I worked in my fathers Independent shop until 1963. I then went to the local Chev, Olds and Caddy dealer as a Tech. They sent me to the Hinsdale GM training center to learn about Corvairs. I worked on almost all the Corvairs that came in the garage. I was promoted to service mgr in 1975 and held that position until I retired Dec. of 04. I am enjoying my own cars and helping my friends keep their Corvairs on the road.
