Although the early Spyder (62-63) heads should be ubiquitous, it would be worth copying down the casting numbers from the end of the damaged head(s) and posting them in your request. It will make it easier for your would-be suppliers to make sure you get the right parts. If originality is not that important to you, I believe the 64 Spyder heads should be a decent replacement, if that is all you can locate. The cylinder bore is the same as the 62-63.

My car is presently in good hands (great hands) at Competition Motors in Portsmouth, NH. I've opted to do a complete top overhaul. Everything I need is off the shelf at Clark's and already delivered to NH. I need two properly rebuilt cylinder heads. The existing heads are beyond repair. I called Jeff at Corvair Ranch, whom I fully trust. It's a minimum of two months to ship them. I see a number of offerings on Ebay, but I don't want to take a chance. Does anyone have alternate sources?
