<VV> Looking for someone

This is a shot in the dark, but have run out of ideas. I received a damaged box last week that apparently had a couple of carb cores in it when it left the Portland area (based on the original weight of 8 lbs and tracking number zip code). It had a bunch of items checked on a USPS sticker indicating it arrived open and damaged at 4 lbs. There was no return address on the original re-used Amazon box, so I'm guessing that any paperwork in it was lost along with one of the carbs. I have not been able to run it down, and the PO can't help because they say it was manually scanned without the normal picture of the label. If this sounds familiar to someone, please let me know.
