<VV> Moving a LM w/out the engine or transaxle installed

I have used a 4-foot threaded ¾” pipe from the big box store with 2 tee’s.  Bolt the T-ends into the control arm holes.  The 4-footer is maybe 2-inches tool long – if you need a more perfect fit then cut and re-thread one end or just bend the pipe until the wheels are square.  You cannot tow on the road with this but it will get it around the yard and on a trailer.  I saw this trick in the background of a Dave Motohead video – many thanks Dave!
