Jim: Once upon a time, when I worked in a machine shop and had access to
materials and machine tools, I got a piece of 1/2 steel of approprate width,
drilled and tapped 4 holes matching the holes on the mounting brackets of
the transversal strut rod.
Crawed under car, bolted one side up, got out and pushed on the bottom of
the tires on both sides. Crawed back under and bolted the other side to my
plate.
This kept the camber of the tires mostly vertical. Hooked up tow bar, drove
slowely the few mile across town. You could also drag car onto a trailer
for a longer trip.
Historically Yours,
James Rice

Hi Folks,
I have to move my car about 15 miles and I don't want to put the engine and
transaxle back in to move it because I need it out of the car to work on it.
What suggestions, tools, techniques can you suggest that have worked for
you?
Thanks a ton.
