<VV> Bolt size

Would someone please tell me the bolt size used on a 1961 front suspension attaching bracket.  It is Item #10 on page 365 in the used section of Clark's catalog.  On late models this bracket is welded to the frame rail but bolted on a 61.  Thanks in advance.
