Hi Greg,

I did this some time ago on our van, nothing quite fit right until I got a proper '64 bracket.  If you had a '64 and an earlier bracket you could no doubt mod the earlier one, but I don't think it's a terribly rare part so my advice is to just get the '64 rear bracket.
