<VV> Dipstick tube replacement

Pan off!  Pull it thru from the bottom…. Freeze the new one and tap it in.

Looking for suggestions on how to remove the remains of the dipstick tube from the engine block. It is broken off flush with the block (non-fc). Also best way to install a new one. Engine is sideways on a stand with shrouds and oil pan removed but heads are still on.
