<VV> Looking to buy seat belt guides

I need a pair of seat belt guides that were used on front straight bench seats (non-folding) for the middle belts where the belts went through the upholstery on back of the seat.  These appear to be the same design for EM's & LM's as shown in the attached picture.  Blue is preferred but will consider other colors that I can paint.
