Not the tool that most everyoone sells now for taper fit arms with nuts
to hold them on, you need some levering type like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-49023-HELP-Windshield-Wiper/dp/B002H9ABXS/ref=asc_df_B002H9ABXS/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=241973068692&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2800712753568583579&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9008198&hvtargid=aud-801381245258:pla-569541965640&psc=1
The tool lays on the arm, with the hook pulling up opposite of the arm,
counteracting the spring.
This tool does NOT touch the car, so it will not chip the paint like
paint paddles, screwdrivers, Channellocks, etc.
