Frank,

Like in the old cowboy movies the guys in the white hats and the good guys.

Much email software will treat a message as OK if its from someone in 
your address book. Others may have a way to white list--search in the 
Help function. They supposedly can learn what's not spam--when a VV 
message gets marked spam be sure to "mark not spam".

I routinely check what my email marks as spam a sometimes it makes a 
serious wrong call.
