<VV> Funny screw head - no Corvair

Hoping someone has seen one of these screws or bolts so I can get the right thing to remove them from an electrical box. They are similar to a Phillips head, but only have 3 slots which are at sort of an angle (not a perfect star ray shape). Hard to see to be sure since they are recessed about an inch from the surface. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
