Actually at the '91 Corsa convention in Washington, Ralph spoke to us. 
He just stressed the exhaust leak can bring CO into the cabin as an 
issue. Not so much handling characteristic problem like the first 
chapter in book he wrote back in 65. NHTSA had already debunked that! 
And since he was instrumental in starting NHTSA.....
