Hi speaking of stuck bolts, I have a valve cover gasket bolt with the head
broken off. Is there a place in Houston that I can take this too for
repair?  My local mechanic sent me to Scroggins but Scroggins declined
saying they don't do that.

Yes I have never been successful with EZ outs and it has made it worse
before. I also tried the weld a nut on which seems reasonable but also did
not work maybe I didn't do it correctly.
