<VV> ID of DOHC Engine

The Quad 4 has enjoyed modest racing success in the dirt track 
open-wheel Midgets.  I have seen them running with the New England-based 
Northeast Midget Association (NEMA) and I have seen a small handful at 
the Tulsa Chili Bowl.
