<VV> Customer looking for 4 Spare tire locks

Hey Folks - Any help would be appreciated - have a customer looking for four spare tire locks without the stainless cover but has two circular holes on the lock cylinder housing - see attachments - (bad picture - one hole visible - the other just bare on the front lower part of the nose - c pic)  If you only have one - that is fine - hopefully with the resources available on this list - it will be achievable - Thanks again Best regards,
