<VV> Wayne 100 Power-plant (No Boat)

Hello,
I might sell my spare Wayne 100 Power-plant. (NO Boat)

It was removed from a Wayne 100, by the previous owner, years ago.
I am not sure if it will run or not - even if you work on the carbs. 
So let's say it is rebuild-able unit.  

1. I wanted to see if there is any interest out there.

2. I would like to get an idea of what those in the know think it might be worth2a. Value WITHOUT the out-drive unit2b. Value with Complete power-plant and out-drive unit.
