<VV> 69 registry question

If I'm reading the list right, I have 1360 with NO body tag.
What does this mean? Was the rear end of 1360 damaged and replaced and the donor tag removed?

Possibly!!  Close inspection by a '69  expert  could determine if anything is wrong , other than the tag missing... Good Bodyman  from last century could find and body rework..
