<VV> CORSA is seeking bids for contract services.

The Corvair Society of America, Inc. (CORSA), a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation, is currently soliciting bids for three kinds of service contracts:

1.    Business Services,
2.    Publication Services, and
3.    Social Media Services.

CORSA has prepared a bid package to provide information about these services and to enable interested parties to present their credentials for them.  The bid package contains:

1.    Background information, timeline and instructions for bidding,
2.    Product & service listings for each of services listed above, 
3.    Price sheets indicating the amount of money CORSA has budgeted for them, 
4.    A sample agreement showing the terms and conditions we require, 
5.    A copy of the CORSA Bylaws, and
6.    A bidder questionnaire.

To be eligible for consideration, each interested party must submit a completed copy of the bidder questionnaire and related credentials.  CORSA shall evaluate the submitted materials and select the best qualified parties based on the information provided and follow-up interviews.

The successful bidder or bidders will be expected to enter into formal written agreements with CORSA, each contract having a three year term beginning January 1, 2018.  The term may be extended thereafter by mutual agreement.  

The relationship between CORSA and the successful bidder(s) shall be contractor-to-client.  There will be no offer of employment by CORSA.
