Hi Everybody! 

Our September 24, 2016 high performance driving event at New York Safety Track was great fun! 15-minute sessions all day, alternating between cars and sport bikes. 34 car drivers signed up, and at least 32 drove on the track that day. As usual, we had a great mix. Horsepower ratings ranged from 90 for an MG Midget to 525 for an A/C Cobra replica. 

We can't provide the names of the drivers, but we can provide a list of the makes and models of cars, so here it is!

Six of the cars were Corvairs.  They were driven by Bruce Carlton, Jay Dover, John Egerton, Brian O'Neill, Joe Salmestrelli, and Terry Stafford.  Jay's is a mid-engine version with a 500 hp 350 Chevy small block V8.  Ray and Kevin Zabinski drove their blazing fast Chevette, which is now powered by a 3800 Buick V6.
