<VV> Rt. signal light

Does the flasher flash (click)?
Turn signal switch may need adjusting.

Subject: <VV> Rt. signal light

Rt. signal light will not work, replaced socket and bulb in rear, tail
lights and brake light works. went around to check front, parking light
works took bulb out checked both contacts with test light again parking
light works but nothing to signal light.   Where should I check next? 
Don't know if it makes any difference but it a 1962 Rampside.  Thanks Roger
