<VV> turn signal question

If the front and back lights come on but don't blink, then I'd replace 
the flasher.
(well, being cheap, I might try to take it apart - and try to fix it - 
and then replace it)
(- these are regular bulbs, and not LEDs, right? LEDs might not pull 
enough juice for the flasher to work)
