<VV> GLENN PRAY CORD PROJECT hens tooth?

I have a 67  Cord here with a long punch list , including "if  possible" 
changing it to a Powerglide from 4 spd. 
Anyone out there towards the east coast  interested in a  swap?
    OR anyone have the shifter and dash sub panel it  mounts on available?  
Any ideas on this project would be welcome.   Please E Mail me if you can
