<VV> 66 4 speed transmission grinding

It is a brass blocker ring than needs replacing.  Syncronizers almost 
never go bad.  Your trans has four blocker rings; one for each gear.  It 
you need to replace one you might as well do all four.  You do need a 
few special tools but it is not hard once you get the transmission on 
the bench.  Clarks carries the parts
