Marc, since LIQUID natural gas is usually shipped at 4 psig pressure and 260 deg. F. BELOW ZERO temperature, I would greatly doubt that it would be sold as "naptha" or any kind of liquid cleaner available to the general public.
     Frank Burkhard

naphtha can be condensed natural gas or petroleum distilate
