<VV> Non-stock seats, belts and safety ...

Last year, some of you were concerned that my "custom" seat brackets might
not be sufficient to hold the seats, or me, in the car when the need might
arise (i.e., an accident?) and a firestorm of seat safety issues ensued,
which I studied closely.
While I was putting those new seats in my Monza convertible, she swallowed
something and tried to crunch it in a cylinder, which put the seat project
on hold.
Now, I've gotten to work on those brackets and my goal is to do this without
messing up the stock floor pans.
Also, so you guys won't be too concerned about my safety (at least for that
reason), here is my progress on that score so far:

I'm also practicing making videos to get pix in these VV emails without
getting scrubbed, or delaying them to attach links to pix, etc.
My next project (after finishing the engine swap) is to put modern 3-point
safety harness, also without messing up the stock floor pans, if possible?
