<VV> pulley question

What Corvair engine did this pulley come from?   It is a cast iron pulley with 3
spokes coming out from the center, spaced equally apart.  At the center there is
an egg shaped  pad around the center hole with two bolt holes on the pad, at
opposite sides of the center hole.  It is residing on a '64 convert with a 95 hp
engine in it.  My guess is it is a smog pulley.  If so, what should the correct
pulley for a '64 95 hp engine look like?  (The owner of said car wants to
know.)  Thanx.

Sounds like a standard 164 ci  / 95 hp  pulley!    Only 110 and higher hp got the Harmonic Balancers.


AC  or SMOG / A.I.R.  pulleys bolted to the two holes... Giving you 2  pulley grooves.
