I don't have pictures, of this, however, if you check the assembly manual for 1962, 1963, or 1964, there is a drawing of the mounting.  There was a plate welded into the rear vertical wall of the trunk, and the plate is the same as what was used in the 1960 Corvairs.  A large J hook was inserted into the recess on the plate, and then the wire wheel retainer went over the bolt section of the J hook, and then a large wing nut secured the whole assembly.  There was a separate jacking instruction sheet for this option, and it has never been reproduced.  Jack, wrench, and lead hammer reside in the front left corner of the trunk, under the spring, just like in all the rest of the cars.
