<VV> LED lights

I can buy LED's for my tail-lights.  And I'd LIKE to.  People don't pay 
attention to ANYTHING anymore

Too busy on their cell-phones and the like.

Anyone have to use "Load Splitters" to make them work?

Too much draw on the electrical system in General.

I work evenings and would love to drive my car on night shifts, but I live 
in the boonies and it's DARK out there.
