<VV> Excessive oil pressure at oil filter

I have seen this twice. Both times it was a stuck oil pressure relief valve. Both times I was able to 
remove the cap, spring and plunger in the car and clean them up.

Shocking how fast that oil filter will balloon with no pressure relief!
