Can fuel pumps be rebuilt?  Where do I get the parts & instructions?
Smitty Says;  Yes we have developed a way to rebuild fuel pumps.  It took 
about 4 years and a room full of failures to come up with a workable and 
reliable solution.  The instructions are three pages.  (Too much for VV). 
The material is a 1/16th thick Nitrile rubber sheet.  The hang up is it can 
only be bought in a 1 one foot length from a 3 or 4 foot wide roll @ around 
$ 55.  We have several of the rebuilds on the road running durability tests.
