To really have any luck with an ad he needs to compile a list of all Corvair owner addresses from the Corsa roster, all the various email lists and forums, try to contact all the people bidding on Corvairs on ebay and then list the distance he is from each address.  Of course he will still miss a lot of potential Corvair buyers that don't fit any of those categories.  It would probably be best to get something added to the next US census questionnaire but that doesn't take into account foreign buyers.  Maybe contact some pro email spammers?
