The link is an "executable program" that could infect your computer so 

 

Do NOT click the link in Bob Helt's email.

 

The "php" in the link is the real clue, so whenever you see that, be very
careful!!!

 

At 4:35 this morning, Bob Helt's account appears to have been hijacked and
some idiot is sending messages to everyone in his address book.

 

Sorry that this happened, Bob!
