I think ADM is mostly anti-GMOS.  It is messing up their export business. 
Monsanto and Syngenta are the GMO outfits.  Cargill is in the ADM camp, same 
reason.  (Follow the money.)  ADM does produce high fructose corn syrup and 
probably other "food items" that never occurred in nature.
