<VV> Welded block-offs

Welded them shut? - This I have to see. A photo please?  
 
PS - lf the rest of the car is in reasonable shape -  $2800 sounds  good. 
And the yellow will make her stand out in traffic, even in LA! Smart  safety 
planning!
