<VV> Heater Blower Not Working

The heater blower on my 64 coupe is not working. I know, I don't need a heater now, but while I'm tinkering with the car, I want to fix it.

Using a test light, there is power on both sides of the fuse, but no power at the heater blower switch, nor at the heater resistor behind the glove box. 

Any ideas as to what the problem may be? Thanks.
