<VV> PG Problems

Hey All;
Hey All;

   I had this problem of the PG not shifting out of 1st gear. So I pulled
the Governor on the ManxVair, and the gear on the bottom was toast. I
ordered up the gear, the pin, and the O-ring from Corvair.com. I installed
everything, put it back together, took it for a test drive and it still
doesn't shift out of 1st gear. So folks have been telling me that the
e-clip may have fallen off or broke. Is there a procedure that details how
to fix this? Is there anything else I should be looking at? I'm going to
pull the Governor to see if the gear and pin are OK just to make sure
nothing happend to the gear again. Thanks.
