I am assuming you are talking about the Nylon bushing. Recent experience shows that there are different diameters on the bolt that goes in the pittman arm, by about .010 of an inch. This doesn't make much difference going into rubber but makes the nylon bushing bind when it should be pivoting on the bolt. I also found that installing the flange of the bushing between the centerlink and pittman arm worked best.
