Yes, I should have realized that the '65 has the shorter BW (?)
transmission, which does not share the same shaft as the later '66 - '69
Saginaw transmissions, which are about 1" - 2" longer?
However, I might could use one of each shaft, since I had also bought a
Saginaw transaxle at the 'Toss when I was dreaming of converting my '67
Monza 110 PG to manual.
I have the pedal assembly already, which I was told was unique to '67 manual
cars due to the new (?) collapsible steering shaft?
However, the one I need soonest is the '65 version, since that is nearest to
having the big hole in the back filled with a running engine.
Thanks for listening~
Charlie

FYI - 65 and 66 are different lengths - also 66 3-speed is the same as the
4-speed. - Seth

Hi Guys ~
I need an input shaft for a LM coupe 4-speed that I rescued ~ no engine
since 1992 when the guy bought it to use the engine in a dune buggy, so
there's a big hole where the engine should be.
Trying to save some money here, since I need to save for the parts that need
to be new (t/o bearing, disc, etc.)
I got the engine at the GWFBT in 2013 that's finally running, but I need to
get the power to the wheels somehow ...
Thanks for any leads!
Charlie
