<VV> 13" tires

I suspect the computer just adds it automatically, they should have removed the charge.  I check since I often want the old tires or have bare wheels for mounting, the clerks don't always think of it since most people just buy a set to put on the car and they *are* disposing of an equal number of tires.  I'd go back and get that refunded.
