<VV> Service manual errors

I think I remember someone saying there is a list of errors somewhere.  Anyone know where it is?
I'm specifically looking for the part number of the EM axle puller.  It's listed in the '64 manual as a J-8619-1 two different places but that number comes up as a pinion gauge set if you Google it.  If anyone has dimensions of the EM and FC pullers handy that would also be helpful.  I have an obsolete Kent Moore tool business that has one with no number on it.
