<VV> Swapping PG for a 3-Speed

Hey All;

   I have to pull the 140hp engine out of my buggy to replace it with a
better engine to work with the PG. In the process I might have to pull the
body. If I do that, I'm thinking that I want to just go ahead and replace
the PG that is there with a 4-Speed. I have a complete 4-speed setup from
lugnut to lugnut. What are the differences or problems that I might run
into? Thanks for any help.
