Depends on condition. The fact that its an original engine is intriguing,
however I doubt the engine was pickled correctly to last for 50 years with
no damage like we do for aviation engines. They are still finding left over
WW II engines today.

You must take it apart, at least pop the top and valve covers and verify
condition of the parts.
