My problem is just that I have to tell my friend who was gracious enough to
buy and install GL-5 in a transaxle that is now IN the car, to drain it out
and replace it with GL-4.
That's gratitude for ya :<{

So, (a) I have to know MUCH MORE than I had given him credit for knowing to
(b) tell him to throw it away and (c) tell him to un-do his favor ~OR~
change it behind him back so as not to offend him (or) tell him I know more
than him (he's an SAE certified tech, and I'm not.)

So far on VV I've heard "do whatever you want" and "Only use this" and "Only
use that" (not to mention a million different brands and labels) and my
favorite, "just do what I tell you to do and stop fighting about it!"

Everyone seems to thinks it's so simple, but everyone has a different
"simple" solution and can't understand why anyone would not do as they do.

This has been one of the most confusing threads EVER to perpetuate itself on
VV, imho ...

I'm just going to use whatever I have since someone will agree with me on
that thread, I just have to dig for it...
